UK Tribunal Rules Fired Rockstar Staff Can Pursue Blacklisting Claims

A UK employment tribunal has ruled that former Rockstar Games employees fired in autumn 2023 can proceed with blacklisting claims against the studio. Rockstar had claimed the staff were dismissed for leaking confidential GTA 6 information, but the tribunal rejected arguments to strike out the blacklisting allegations.
